Pick you up from your hotel as Per Chosen Time drive for 20 minutes to the sea dock, Join the Semi Submarine. on the viewing area which is above the deck passengers can relax and enjoy the view. Everyone then heads below deck to the viewing area,This has rows of seats on either side facing out on to large windows along each side. the view is good, you are able to view large areas better, but some Colours are lost because you are deep in the water and there is a little distrotion from the glass. then you will be picked up back to your hotel.

· You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
o For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
o Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
o If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
o Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
REFUNDS:
A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.
No refunds are possible for No-Show
COMPLAINTS:
If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (New Vision Travel) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has not solved please call the chairman of the company, but if you return home and still not satisfied you must e-mail us at info@newvision-travel.com
ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT:
The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
Accommodation:
Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for the single occupant is available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.
