Itinerary

Day 1: Flight to Cairo

Arrival in Cairo and welcome by your tour guide.

Day 2: Cairo – Pyramids of Giza – Sakkara – Memphis

Make your way to the Pyramids of Giza, which await you not far from the city center. Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure had their final resting places built in Giza. The pyramids are guarded by a sphinx, which embodies a hybrid of a human and a lion. Afterwards, the necropolis of Sakkara and the former capital Memphis are on the program.

Day 3: Cairo - Egyptian Museum - Citadel - Muhammad Ali Mosque - Khan el-Khalili Bazaar

The Egyptian Museum in Cairo has a unique collection of art and historical treasures from Ancient Egypt, which has achieved worldwide fame and captivates many tourists every year. The citadel and the Muhammad Ali Mosque are the next stops before the day ends with bargaining and bargaining at the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar.

Transfer by domestic flight from Cairo to Luxor.

Day 4: Luxor – West Thebes – Hatshepsut Mortuary Temple – Colossi of Memnon – Karnak Temple – Luxor Temple

The Valley of the Kings with the tombs of famous pharaohs and the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut (Deir el-Bahari), as well as the huge Colossi of Memnon in West Thebes are the highlights before lunch on board the Nile ship. In the afternoon, the shore excursion continues in the East Bank and you visit the Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple. There you can witness a light and sound show (optional).

Day 5: Nile cruise and Edfu

After passing through a lock at Esna, Edfu is the next stop on the Nile cruise. The very well-preserved Horus Temple, dedicated to the god of the same name, awaits you here. The temple dates from the Ptolemaic period and is one of the most beautiful buildings on the Nile. Dinner will be eaten again on board the ship.

Day 6: Nile cruise and Kom Ombo

In Kom Ombo, a visit to the double temple is on the program. The structure connects the two temples that were built in honor of the deities Sobek and Haroeris. This double dedication is unique for the Temple of Kom Ombo in all of Egypt.

Arrive in Aswan in the evening and spend the night on the ship.

Day 7: Abu Simbel (optional) – Aswan Dam – Unfinished Obelisk – Botanical Gardens – Lord Kitchener Island – Philae Temple of Isis (optional)

An optional excursion to Abu Simbel on Lake Nasser started from Aswan. The Temple of Ramses II and Nefertari are among the highlights of the day. After visiting the Aswan Dam and the unfinished obelisk at the Rose Granite Quarry, relax with a felucca sail to Lord Kitchener Island. You can relax in the botanical garden before boarding the ship again. Possibility of visiting the optional excursion to the Temple of Isis in Philae, which you can simply add in the booking form.

Day 8: Aswan – return flight or bathing extension

All goodbyes are difficult, which is especially true for Egypt. Therefore, if you wish, you can go to Hurghada or Sharm el Sheikh on the Red Sea for an extended swim and only then return to Germany. Modern hotels and the most beautiful diving spots in the world are good arguments for extending your Egypt holiday on the Red Sea. We (about us) will be happy to advise you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Tours included airfare or Hotel or Nile Cruise Accommodation)

Cancellation should be received in writing document by  email. In case the cancellation happened before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received it will be deducted by the bank for transaction fees. If a tour participant is canceled his/her reservation the following fees will be applied:

·         Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

·         Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

·         Between 7 and 4 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

·         Between 3 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Also, the cancellation fees on all domestic flights in case you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours. The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airline's cancellation policy which changes from case to another.

REFUNDS:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.

No refunds are possible for No-Show

COMPLAINTS:

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (New Vision Travel) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has not solved please call the chairman of the company, but if you return home and still not satisfied you must e-mail us at   info@newvision-travel.com

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT:

The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for the single occupant is available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice

Cairo – Luxor At 05:30 am arriving at 06:30

Aswan – Cairo at 22:00 at 23:30 & Vice versa.

Incase you need to adjust your flight timings it will be subject to an extra supplement.

Luxor/Sharm (most time, it is connected flight via Cairo Airport)

    *International flights:

New Vision Travel can assist you with international flights if needed. However, from our experiences, the international flights are best issued from point of departure, where the client has access to a wider range of price options and availability. The only way to pay for the international flights is through bank transfer to New Vision Travel Account.

Responsibility:

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
