o   For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

o   Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

o   If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

o   Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 

REFUNDS:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.

No refunds are possible for No-Show

COMPLAINTS:

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.
